Workshop - Analyze & Design

Analyze the process to identify gaps, issues, and challenges, focusing on areas for improvement rather than the technical production details. Document the current production steps, including persona interactions, and the collected data.

Workshop - Prepare & Present

Identify what data and what steps are required, challenging the need of each element with the goal to minimize data collection and steps. Model system complete through reporting and key metrics. Document impact to organization and identify changes

Configuration

Using our low code/no code configuration we finalize the production ready configurations and rule definitions and document setup.

Testing & Training

Create and execute test scripts and document results. Use the test scripts as opportunity to train operations and facilitate adoption.

Deploy & Iterate

Analyze and document the results from the testing results and tie to value realization objectives. Identify any areas for continuous improvement to evaluate in next Analyze & Design workshop.
